Day 2: Applied quality management

Day 3: Day of own activities

• Own activities (meetings, boards, etc.).

Day 4: Relaxing day (for example a Saturday)

Cancellation rules:

• Cancellation can be made up to two month before booked arrival without cost.
• Cancellations from two months to one week before. booked arrival is invoiced with 10 %.
• Cancellation later than one week before is invoiced with 60 %.
• Non arrival without cancellation notification is invoiced to 100 %.

The arrangement is invoiced from Sandahl Consultant AB in Sweden as an ordinary conference invoice for payment within 30 days from date of invoice.
