• Color: Light yellow
• Smell: Lemons and grated lemon peel, sponge cake, vanilla, apricots, grapefruit, lovely stylish smell.
• Taste: Balanced with soft acidity, rich, thick but still a bit classic in style. Long, fat after taste.
• Judgment: Grapes without botrytis resulted in the the most classic wines of our 2015. Has a decade of potential development in bottle.

• Color: Medium yellow
• Smell: Unexpected silent, shy smell, a bit sourish and unrelieved
• Taste: More accessible and softer than the smell, a long after taste of citrus, but rather unyielding
• Judgment: This shows to be a wine with two peaks, one fresh after bottling and one mature after several years, with a depression in between. We had few bottles which we almost sold out last summer. If not drunk now, save them for a couple of years.

Decanter tasting protocol:
Textured, layered and engaging in the mouth, which displays good evolution and intense flavors of melon, peach, orange blossom, citrus and green apple. Engaging, long finish.
