  • From the early days when the wine were just assembled, it was rather clear from its backward power that it had a long way to reach its apogee, so better to start counting down immediately.

  • Genesis low 1st fraction

Tasting winter 2021/2022
  • Color: Full yellow
  • Smell: Clearly a mature wine, linoleum, petrol, grass, and dried fruit, but this with a very nice appearance.
  • Taste: Still a noticeable acidity, but with balance to nuts, honey, and bread. Oily texture with long petrol after taste.
  • Judgment: Has developed gracefully over time. For wine lovers prefering flawless matured riesling.
 
Tasting summer 2017
  • Color: Middle yellow
  • Smell: Generous and open smell, some petrol has now emerged, like from very ripe apples
  • Taste: A good crisp acidity keep up the soft wine, elevated with a long after taste
  • Judgment: Finally this wine is showing its qualities, with petrol flavor like an optimized Riesling. The wine will still keep for many years.

  • Acidity: 6.6 g/l
  • Vol.acid: 0.66 g/l

Decanter tasting protocol:
Restrained lemon peel and grassy notes on the nose and palate complemented by spice and baked green apples on the long finish.
