The 2016 label theme is traveling in Indochina. In Hanoi we saw a lot of street smart people, including the owner of this vespa.
Weather
In summer 2016, the maximum temperature were slightly over 30 degree only in few occasions, and the vines were not stressed by the heat. There were just enough rain showers to avoid the vines being stressed from drought.
For late harvesters, October 2016 was a real mess with cold weather and much rain. Consequently, the sugar growth in Riesling was moderate and the acidity got high and was preserved all the way to harvest in October.
